Services

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a private, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Sessions are centered on you, offering time for reflection, emotional processing, and personal growth. Whether you’re navigating daily stressors or working through painful experiences, individual therapy is a collaborative space designed to support healing, insight, and meaningful change.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy provides a space for partners to work together in real time. Sessions allow both individuals to be present, reflect, and better understand each other’s perspectives as concerns arise. With both voices in the room, misunderstandings can be explored, even as they happen, and patterns of communication, conflict, and connection can be addressed directly. Couples therapy often focuses on strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, deepening emotional intimacy, and developing practical tools that can be applied outside of session.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision supports provisionally licensed counselors (LAPCs) in North Dakota as they accrue required hours toward clinical licensure. Supervision provides ongoing oversight and mentorship, helping clinicians strengthen clinical skills, navigate ethical and legal responsibilities, and develop confidence in their professional role. By centering both clinician growth and client safety, supervision ensures responsible, high-quality care throughout the licensure process.

About Us

As a small practice made up of providers with diverse personal and professional backgrounds, we want to welcome you to Zero Gravity Counseling. We know that for so many individuals, life can feel heavy, unpredictable, and overwhelming, like you’re carrying more than your fair share. You don’t have to carry that weight on your own.

We believe healing can begin when a sense of connection develops with your provider, and because this happens at your pace, the process is guided by respect, collaboration, and care. We honor each person’s unique experiences, identities, and perspectives. Our role isn’t to “fix” you, because you are not broken, but to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and a willingness to both support and challenge growth.
