Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Biography of
DiNell Hall
Hello, I’m DiNell Hall, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been in the Social Work field since 2011. In addition to my work as a therapist, I serve in the North Dakota National Guard, a role that has enriched my understanding of the unique pressures and experiences faced by military personnel, veterans, and their families.
I am also a daughter, sister, wife, mom, stepmom, social worker, friend, and colleague—roles that deepen my compassion and perspective as I work with individuals seeking positive change.
Entering therapy takes courage, and I am dedicated to meet you wherever you are in your journey. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe, supported, and heard. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of everyday life or dealing with deep-rooted trauma, I am here to walk alongside you.
I understand that each person’s needs are unique, and I take an individualized, flexible approach to therapy. We’ll work together to identify the therapeutic methods and strategies that best align with your goals. I draw on a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and other integrative methods. This eclectic approach ensures that the treatment we explore is tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and experiences.
Whether you’re struggling with personal growth, relationship dynamics, or seeking help for mental health concerns, I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change. My role is to help you uncover your strengths, build new coping strategies, and move toward the life you envision. I’m passionate about helping people find their voice, build resilience, and create positive, sustainable change.
Taking the first step toward therapy can be daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to make a positive change and move toward a happier, healthier you, I’d be honored to be part of your journey. Please reach out, and together we’ll explore how I can best support you in achieving your goals.
